Life Exploded
And you know it in your bones.
Life exploded. In the best possible way. In a moment of true, uncompromised, embodied decision, I chose to leave my old life behind and step toward actually living. With no plan, no clear next step, no certainty. Just a willingness to keep moving forward despite fear and uncertainty, and a decision to trust life completely.
And life delivered.
It showed me my soul. It showed me my strength. It showed me my purpose and gave me back my power. Along with that came a deep understanding. All the work we do on ourselves, all the self care, the practices, the exercises, they are not here to magically fix our lives or make all our dreams come true in the few minutes we spend breathing or moving. They are preparing us. Creating space. Softening us enough to truly feel, to fully receive, to melt into the beautiful, magical, beyond words moments life brings, once we realise we are worthy of them and decide to open ourselves.
And then it flows.
And then you meet life for the first time.
And you know it in your bones.
The truth. The answers you were searching for.
So when it feels like an exercise or a new habit “isn’t really helping”, when you feel only a little better but not quite there, I hope you remember this: Every time you slow down instead of pushing. Every time you listen instead of overriding yourself. Every second you spend connecting with yourself is preparing you for moments you cannot yet imagine.
Love,
Alenka
